Membership Information
The slide show below outlining
the work & benefits of belonging to the FBHVC takes about
180 seconds to scroll through the whole sequence and will then
play continuously. Requires Flash Media Player
FBHVC is a membership
organisation.
A
searchable database of clubs catering for old
vehicles can be found by clicking HERE.
All FBHVC clubs
are shown on the searchable database as well as several organisations
that are not members - members are clearly indicated by the
FBHVC logo against their name. Contact details are shown for
FBHVC clubs (where available) but information for non-members
is limited to a contact e-mail address.
Since the aim
of this database is to provide a service, FBHVC is happy for
any club catering in some way for historic vehicles to be listed,
and there is a facility to enable officers of such clubs to
add new details. We trust that anyone seeking to add a new club
that is not a member will ask themselves why their club hasn't
joined.
FBHVC welcomes
and needs support for its work in keeping the use of old vehicles
free from unnecessary restriction. Constitutionally, only clubs
and museums/collections may join as full voting members, but
Traders - those who earn some, or all, of their income from
the historic vehicle movement - are particularly welcome to
join as "Trade Supporters" for £45.00 for two
years membership. FBHVC also welcomes any enthusiast who wishes
to become an "Individual Supporter". The fee for this
is just £12 per year or £21.00 for two years.
