A new programme is being broadcast tonight on BBC Four at 9pm entitled Classic British Cars: Made in Coventry

This documentary details the history of classic cars made in Coventry, from the industry’s beginnings in 1897 through to the present day to include the Daimler, Triumph, Riley and the Jaguar.

The Rootes Archive were filmed for this programme back in January 2020 and they were assured by the producer that they will be featured. The Rootes Archive, based in Wroxton can also be seen in the promotional clip featured below.
