Daimlers and Lanchesters gather for International Rally

Organised by the Daimler and Lanchester Owners’ Club, about 90 Daimlers and Lanchesters from all over the UK, Holland and Germany gathered during the weekend of 18 and 19th June.

After a social get together and dinner at the York Racecourse on Saturday evening, the wide variety of models that the club has, from the sporty open top SP250 to a huge DS420 limousine, lined up at the nearby RAF Elvington Airfield Museum.

Anyone with a Daimler, Lanchester or BSA, or who is just interested in these quality cars or is looking to buy one, is more than welcome to contact the DLOC (www.dloc.org.uk). With about 1,500 members, the club is very active with an excellent website, forum and magazine.
