FIVA Chatroom #8 - Electrification: is that the future for historic vehicles?

Published: 22/09/2022

How to attract the young to Historic Vehicles?

Given recent news that the production of even the cleanest petrol and diesel cars should be stopped, the very existence of the automobile as we know it seems to be threatened.

At the same time, there is no doubt that the younger generation would be key players in the future of the historic vehicle movement.

Thus, the Fédération Internationale des Véhicules Anciens (FIVA, the international federation of historic vehicles) decided to develop its digital presence and launched the “Chat Room” concept, which is held on the last Friday of every month.

These have been all one-hour sessions where everyone exchanges, shares, and expresses their points of views on different subjects. The idea is simple: everything that may be proposed or discussed in an informal way during these sessions are all unlimited sources of ideas, which we believe will create interest in the younger generation towards historic vehicles.

On 30th September, we will feature  prominent guests in the automotive world and listen to their points of views on the subject: FIVA Chatroom #8 Electrification: is that the future for historic vehicles?

We would be very happy to have you join us on Friday, the 30th of September, at 3:30 pm (CEST), and to hear your points of view too on this controversial subject!
