FIVA - Historic Vehicles - Passing on the Passion

In line with our strategy to connect more with the youth and to understand better how to get them to participate and contribute to the Historic Vehicle movement, the Moroccan federation Fédération Royale Marocaine de Vehicule d’Epoque (FRMVE), will be hosting the first ever FIVA-supported Youth symposium this Saturday, the 14th of May, at 9am Morocco time/11am CET, in Marrakesh, Morocco.  
 
It's via Zoom, and the idea is to use the Facebook and Instagram platforms to popularize the concept and invite enthusiasts to participate in the symposium by way of questions and discussions as eight young speakers present their points of view, and another six debates on two curated panel discussions.
 
We are all ready to listen to the sentiments of the young, and by pointing our antenna to the young and young-at-heart, we hope to make this movement even more accessible to them.   
 
For this FIVA-supported symposium, the topic chosen is: Historic vehicles: Passing on the Passion.

We asked the participants to explain the various ways they believe that this can be done, and we look forward to receiving frank feedback and suggestions, independent of FIVA’s views. 
 
Please note that this is an activity fostered by FIVA, to grow the engagement of young people and get a better understanding of their mindset.
 
And of course, please share this information with your youth, and invite them to get on board for the discussion. But let both the “non-officials” as well as the “officials” have a say, because this is indeed meant to be a deep dive discussion.
