Government Consults on Motor Sports on Closed Public Roads

After many years of lobbying by the governing bodies of both two and four wheeled motor sports, the RAC Motorsports Association (MSA) and the Auto Cycle Union (ACU), the UK Government has published a consultation document as a precursor to  potential legislation to enable local authorities to temporarily close public roads for the purposes of properly regulated motor sport events.
