London comes to Birmingham - call for green Routemaster owners

London comes to Wythall 14-15th June 2025

The Routemaster Association holds an annual rally in conjunction with Transport Museum Wythall (on the southern outskirts of Birmingham) and this year it's celebrating the 60th anniversary of the RCL of which Wythall has a fine example.

The Association is therefore expressly inviting all green and formerly green London buses of all ages to Wythall, although red buses will also be welcome.

Overnight parking will be available at Wythall from Friday 13th to Monday 16th. Toilets and hot food are on site and there is a nearby filling station (without a canopy) suitable for buses.

There will be social events on the Friday and Saturday evenings.  Bus shuttles to local hotels can be arranged and a caravan site is adjacent to the Transport Museum at Wythall.
