Police Scotland Clarify Historic Vehicle MOT Exemption

Further to the FBHVC Press Release published on 29 April 2019 and having communicated with Head of Road Policing in Scotland we are pleased to confirm their agreement on the view of MOT exemption with that of Chief Constable Anthony Bangham, (Lead on Roads Policing of the National Police Chiefs’ Council).
Therefore the view of Police forces in England, Scotland and Wales are in line.
