Drivers to pay more after Europe court ruling

The FBHVC has drafted a robust response to the UK government consultation over the Vnuk ECJ ruling.  We have made the case for vehicles stored in garages, sheds and museums to be exempted from this requirement, as well as the case for historic motorsport to be treated differently, and hope the government will listen.
