Rosie was a stalwart, not only of the Morris Minor Owners Club (MMOC) where her organisational skills and great talents were enthusiastically deployed, but for the wider classic vehicle movement for which she was an inspirational person. She sadly passed away on 9 March, aged 81, with her family at her side.

It was always a pleasure to spend time with Rosie, her infectious enthusiasm having the ability to warm any room. Rosie was instrumental in the foundation of the MMOC's youth wing, as well as providing ever present support to anyone who needed it. She truly was one of the very best.

In 2017, at the National Car Club Awards, Rosie was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award, a testament to her unwavering dedication, infectious enthusiasm, and the lasting impact she had on so many.

As one of the award judges said at the time: “Every club needs a Rosie.” She will be truly missed.
