Volvo Owners’ Club announces new initiatives to enhance member engagement
Published: 16/02/2026
Building on the key themes presented at this year’s Club Expo, the Volvo Owners’ Club is pleased to announce a range of new initiatives designed to promote the Club and its activities across all media channels.
These developments aim to enhance the overall Club experience for members of all ages, with a particular focus on engaging younger members who represent the future of car clubs.
In line with the Club’s commitment to supporting younger members, the Volvo Owners’ Club has also partnered with the charity Legend on the Bench, which focuses on suicide prevention. Suicide remains the leading cause of death among under-35s, and the Club is proud to support this important cause.
As part of the partnership, a fundraising teddy bear named 'Jakob' – a nod to the first Volvo ever produced – will be launched in the coming weeks.
Looking ahead, the next major event in the Club’s calendar is the Practical Classics Classic Car and Restoration Show at the NEC in Birmingham.
The Club is delighted to confirm that Sam and Amy, both in their early twenties, will be showcasing their stunning Volvo P1800 and C30 respectively, taking pride of place on the Volvo Owners’ Club stand.
